To clean & remove tarnish from fine silver pieces without acid or harsh chemicals

1) Line a glass bowl with aluminium foil & fill with boiling water

2) Add 2 tablespoons (15ml) of baking soda to the water in the bowl

3) Immerse the silver in the solution making sure the silver is in direct contact with the foil. Allow it to soak for 30-60 seconds, or longer if necessary

4) Remove the silver & rinse it in warm or cold tap water

CARING FOR YOUR   PRECIOUS MESH/WOVEN JEWELLERY
Remember that these are delicate & intricate pieces, a little care & attention is needed to keep them at their best.

Care should be taken not to bend or fold the metal

Jewellery must not be left exposed to the air, sun, dust & damp, so when it is not being worn it should be stored carefully to protect it.

Natural metals may change colour over time & when exposed to the elements.

The further use of products such as make up, perfume & body lotions can lead to a build up of residue on pieces so it is often necessary that they be cleaned to keep the stones, pearls, crystals & metal clean & fresh. The metals used may be gently wiped with a silver cloth.

Alternatively pieces may be placed in warm water with a very small amount of washing up liquid, but not for too long. The surface may be brushed with a soft toothbrush to remove residue. Ensure jewellery is completely dry.

All that's left is for you to enjoy your beautiful piece of jewellery & the compliments!
