The use of the web site and any purchase by you on this website of any products are governed by English Law and indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Silver Originals reserves the right to amend and change the contents to this web site and the terms and conditions at any time, and to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights
We have made every effort to describe the product and display all our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and images are depended on your own monitor and browser. We cannot guarantee that products appear exactly the same on your monitor.
By placing an order you automatically accept these terms and conditions. Once your order is accepted, we will inform you by e-mail. All orders are subject to availability. Dispatch time may vary. We do not take responsibility for any delay in delivery due to postal delays.
Prices stated on Silver Originals are in UK Pounds sterling and are based on fluctuating metal prices. We endeavour to keep prices constant levels but we reserve the right to change prices at any time when the need arises. Once an item has been purchased and we have received payment for it we will always honour the price quoted.
Silver Originals respects the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we keep all customer information strictly confidential. We never sell, distribute, or trade e-mail addresses or any other personal information.
We also recognise the importance of security shopping online for our customers and therefore your credit or debit card details are not held within our web site.
Delivery Risk Of Loss Return Policy All postage costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Security & Privacy Silver Originals respects the privacy of our customers and visitors, and we keep all customer information strictly confidential. We never sell, distribute, or trade e-mail addresses or any other personal information.
We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of full payment. When your order is despatched our system will email you and it should be delivered within approximately 1-2 working days thereafter. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and are fully insured by Royal Mail. Please note Royal Mail will require the item to be signed for. In the event of no one being available to sign for the item the Royal Mail should leave a card with instructions on how to proceed.
We make every effort to advise you early in your ordering process if items are unavailable, however, in the unlikely event of you ordering an item that is not available, we shall e-mail you with the option to change or cancel your order.

All items purchased from Silver Originals are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Silver Originals, or in the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged in transit you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods. A full refund of the purchasing cost will be made.
We are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings, body jewellery or hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage.
You may wish to send your package by Royal Mail Recorded delivery or other method that allows you to have “proof of delivery”. Silver Originals cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
